We generate a unique 16-digit virtual account code. Transfer your desired amount from your bank app to this code within the 24-hour payment window. Once your bank confirms the transfer, gorblox credits your account automatically — typically within subject to verification. For withdrawal, funds return to the same bank account you used for deposit. This reduces friction and ensures consistent account verification. Each bank charges standard transfer fees; check with your bank directly. Save your gorblox-assigned VA code in your bank app for quick future deposits.

Fees, limits, and verification

gorblox does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Your payment provider (DANA, OVO, GoPay, BCA, etc.) may apply standard fees; check their pricing. Deposit and withdrawal amounts follow descriptive ranges based on your account status and verification level. New accounts without KYC complete only deposits up to a limited threshold; once you submit and pass KYC verification (typically subject to verification), higher limits unlock. Withdrawal requests require full KYC approval. We may request additional documentation (proof of address, source of funds) on suspicious transactions. Resolving a stalled transaction

If a deposit does not credit within the expected window (usually subject to verification), first check your bank or payment provider app to confirm the transfer was successful. If your bank shows the money left your account but gorblox has not received it, contact our support team immediately with your transaction ID or bank reference number. Provide screenshot evidence of the outgoing transfer. We investigate with the payment provider and issue a manual credit or refund within 2–4 business hours.
